because i really liked how that turned out. (the colors and everything) but i thought this made it more.... original i guess, like it was antique french, like an old photo in an abandoned house in the french riviera or something (wtf is a riviera?!)

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactOverall this is a very lovely picture. The composition is great, and it clearly follows the rule of thirds. I like how the cloudness of the day makes the skyline fade into the distance. That said, it is not very original. Perhaps a photo filter of some sort would make it stand out a bit. Or maybe using some color spotting would help. When photographing something as well known as the Eiffel Tower, it is important to make your photo stand apart.
